HOWOGE takes three approaches to serial construction.
Option 1: We plan “in series”
For us, "serial" means providing sustainable processes and tools for HOWOGE's collaboration with planners, the construction industry, and the administrations of the state of Berlin and the districts.

Option 2: We partially build with prefabricated elements.
A high degree of prefabrication ensures a well-established quality standard and offers significant potential for savings in construction time and costs. We're not talking about "boxes" here, but rather sophisticated urban planning projects that utilize standardized and/or prefabricated elements. This ranges from bathroom units to complex facade elements – for example, in our timber-hybrid buildings.

Option 3: We use the framework agreement “Serial and Modular Construction” of the GdW.
Based on a framework agreement for serial construction, numerous opportunities arise for individual building projects: cost certainty through transparent price adjustments and binding periods, shorter construction times, and reduced preparation and execution costs for tenders. For residential construction, streamlined processes, short construction site durations, and a high degree of cost and quality certainty are offered.
