Sponge city

The floor plan evaluation system is designed to develop new buildings that reflect the diversity of housing options, complement neighborhood structures, and comply with urban planning principles. All of this is achieved in close collaboration with planners, the construction industry, and our tenants.

BIM – Building Information Modeling

The BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology stands for networked planning using software that constructs a "digital twin" of a building. This supports the planning, execution, and management of buildings, thus enabling efficient, sustainable, and low-risk management.

Partnering

Electricity-only house

A key component of HOWOGE's sustainability strategy is the decarbonization pathway for its building stock. This aims to permanently reduce CO₂ emissions from building use – for example, from heating or hot water. HOWOGE intends to achieve a climate-neutral building stock (less than 3 kg CO₂e/m²/year) by 2045.
