HOWOGE's planning of new housing is always based on close collaboration with planners and the construction industry. This is complemented by active internal communication between the new construction and existing property management divisions, as well as a shared focus on the product and, first and foremost, the target group – our tenants. Against this backdrop, we have developed the "Floor Plan Evaluation System" planning catalog – a company-specific standard that outlines the minimum standards for the size and functionality of HOWOGE's residential units in new construction projects and serves as a planning basis. This enables us to simplify processes and build high-quality, cost-effective housing for the future.
The core task of the floor plan evaluation system is to identify efficient floor plans with optimally utilized space. These guarantee optimal usability and sophisticated furnishings, even in smaller apartment types. HOWOGE plans and builds 1- to 5-room apartments that can be rented according to individual needs, income, lifestyle, and family circumstances.
